When i say I'm nervous about seeing the dentist! Aspen dental made me feel soooo comfortable n first the first time I REALLY felt calm!!! Im really looking forward to get my dental work done! My xrays to talking to the Denist and hygienist made me feel like this will be my home dentist. The receptionist n tech were very welcoming. No lies detected i have never ever felt like this going in a dentist office that's why my teeth is messed up. But I will be getting ALL my current future work done at Aspen. Thank u Aspen for being professional, gentle n efficient 😁 ❣️

I can only rave about Sam. She has treated my parent like family and has made sure we have felt comfortable with every step of the way. When there have been errors on their end she has proven over and over that we can count on her. I've genuinely been moved to tears with her ability to make my parent comfortable in such a vulnerable process. 10/10 would recommend asking for Sam if you or a loved one ever needs to work with Aspen Dental in Bloomington for denture procedures. I'm giving 3 stars for overall experience but would give 5 for the customer care we have experienced with her.

Sam at Aspen Dental is absolutely amazing!!! She went above and beyond my expectations and made the mentally traumatizing experience of having to get fitted for new dentures a much less stressful and relaxing one. She took her time in ensuring that I had a great fit and that I wasn't in any kind of pain. When making my follow up appointment she also insisted that I can give the office a call and tell them I have to see her if I needed to come back in before the appointment. Top shelf experience!

I don’t usually enjoy going to the dentist, but my visit to Aspen Dental completely changed that. The whole team was kind and efficient, and the environment felt comfortable from start to finish. Emma truly stood out during my visit. She has such a great personality—super friendly, easy to talk to, and naturally funny. She made the whole experience feel relaxed instead of stressful, which I really appreciated. On top of that, she was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything that was going on. If you’re nervous about dental visits, I definitely recommend going here and asking for Emma. She makes a big difference!

Jamesha was a fantastic technician. Very patient and careful with my mom. She has a very small mouth and severe gag reflex. Jamesha was wonderful. And Dr. Rai was so gentle and gave us so much information. My mom lost her teeth due to thyroid cancer and no dentist could help her. Dr. Rai gave her a referral to the dental school in Chicago. No one has ever told us that before. So happy with Aspen!
